The petitioner incarcerated arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking regular bail. 2.
The allegations against the petitioner are that being branch Head of Central bank of India, Sector 7, Karnal, in connivance with co-accused Vaishali Chauhan, Assistant Manager of the said branch, had made forged FDRs from the funds of customers in the name of his relatives to the tune of Rs.2 crores. 3.
Petitioner's counsel submits that interim bail was granted to petitioner vide order dated 14.09.2023 subject to compliance of certain conditions. He further submits that the petitioner has voluntarily complied with the order dated 14.09.2023 and handed over affidavit to the State counsel.

Counsel for the State has not opposed the contention of petitioner's counsel. 5.
Given above, petition is allowed and interim order dated 14.09.2023, is made absolute specifically considering the petitioner's pre trial custody of one year. Pending applications if any, stand disposed of.
