Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, Punjab to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter in hand is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
