**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking restoration of the deductions made from the payment of Additional Dearness Allowance.
In support of the claim, the petitioner is relying upon the judgments of this Court passed in CWP No.4518 of 2000 dated 11.08.2003; CWP No.16084 of 1997, dated 27.07.2000; CWP No.2757 of 1998, dated 27.07.2000; and judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.8661 of 2009, dated 08.12.2015 (Annexure P5).
Counsel for the petitioner states that in order to claim the relief, as prayed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.08.2018 (Annexure P-7) with the respondents but the same has not been decided so far.

Without going into the merits of the case and without commenting upon the entitlement of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 05.08.2018 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
