*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the latest judgment by the Apex Court titled 'Rashid Wali Beg versus Farid Pindari and others' 2021(4) R.C.R. (Civil) 718, he does not want to proceed further with the present revision petition and he be permitted to withdraw the same granting him liberty to take recourse to remedy available to the revision petitioner under provisions of Wakf Act. Permission is granted. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
