(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.1 dated 02.01.2019, registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
