The petitioner's grievance is that he had given a representation dt. 29.04.2021 to respondent No.3 alleging illegal mining by M/s MSK (JV) S-571 (Greater Kailash, Part-2, New Delhi) in the land beyond the area of land comprised in Khasra No.305(6 Hectare) of Village Jhojju Kalan for which mining lease was granted to it by the State of Haryana, and that said representation has not been disposed of by respondent No.3. Learned State counsel states that the competent authority to consider the said representation is actually respondent No.2 and that the petitioner has not chosen to approach respondent No.2. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit representation of the nature contained in Annexure P1 to respondent No.2, and within 4 weeks of SURESH KUMAR 2022.02.10 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-
