There is simply no reason for interference with the order passed by the trial Court allowing for a brother whose objections for grant of electricity connection to the plaintiff had prevailed originally. The plaintiff has obtained an interim order during the pendency of the suit against the Electricity Board by securing electricity connection in his name. The 3 rd respondent herein, who is the brother of the plaintiff and at whose objection, the plaintiff has suffered originally the disconnection at the ground-floor, is surely an appropriate party to the proceedings for execution, for, the suit which was against denial of electricity connection was literally triggered only by his brother. It is only appropriate that an adjudication for the relief which the plaintiff is asking is brought in the presence of brother who has some objection to be given against the issuance of electricity connection to the plaintiff.
