Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the B.N.S.S.') for directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 8, in view of the allegations levelled in representation dated 25.11.2024 (P-1).

During the course of hearing, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, acknowledged that he has received a communication from the Superintendent of Police (Headquarter), SBS Nagar; therefore, present petition be disposed off "as this stage", with liberty to pursue his grievance before the officer concerned. 3.

Disposed off accordingly.
