***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Revision petition was filed way back in the year 2018. Perusal of the file shows that, vide an earlier court order dated 18.02.2020, it was dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, upon an application, it was restored to its original number vide order dated 12.03.2020. Furthermore, till date, neither notice has been issued nor any indulgence otherwise granted in the matter. When called out for hearing today, yet again none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that due to sheer long pendency of revision petition, challenge to the impugned order is rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

Dismissed.
