Learned counsel submits that petitioner shall be satisfied if a response is received on the legal notice, Annexure P-8 served by him. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. She at the outset submits that legal notice, Annexure P-8 shall be considered by the competent authority and a decision shall be taken within two months. Thereafter, reply shall be sent to the petitioner.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
