Petitioners seek issuance of directions to respondents to remove the anomaly of pay. According to him, representation, Annexure P-2 has already been made to the concerned authority. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits that representation, Annexure P-2 shall be looked into by the competent authority and a decision shall be taken within two months.

In view of above, present petition is hereby disposed of. It is made clear that in case the authority feels that relief claimed by the petitioners is not admissible or made out, it shall pass a speaking order and conveyed it to the petitioners.
