The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.297, dated 05.08.2022, registered under Sections 394, 341, 427 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ram Kumar submits that all the procesution witnesses stand examined. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 4.
