On 16.03.2023 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it has come to her knowledge that the respondents have since vacated the premises, however, since she is unable to contact the petitioner, she is unable to make a statement to that effect.

In view thereof, let notice of the revision petition be issued to the petitioner, returnable 30.05.2023." 2.

As per office report, the petitioner remains unserved with the report that New National Studio does not exist and the person concerned is not found residing at the given address. This is the only address of the petitioner available in the memo of parties.
