The learned counsel representing the petitioners on instructions submit that they do not wish to press these petitions on merits and if they are given some time to vacate the tenanted premises, they shall be satisfied. They further submit that the petitioners undertake to hand over the vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent on or before 30.11.2023.

The petitioners have been order to be evicted by the Rent Controller, Chandigarh vide order dated 20.03.2018. : 2 + 7 '/ 7 +/ 2 '2 ++ .. 4.
Keeping in view the statements made by the learned counsel representing the petitioners, these revision petitions are being disposed of with the following terms:- (i) The petitioners/tenants shall file an undertaking before the Rent Controller to hand over the vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent/landlord on or before 30.11.2023.
(ii) The petitioners shall be liable to pay all the arrears of rent, if any due, within one month. They shall also be liable to deposit advance rent by 7th of each calender

month, either before the Rent Controller or in the bank account of the respondent/landlord, till 30.11.2023. (iii) The petitioners/tenants shall be liable to file an undertaking to this effect before the Rent Controller within one month, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(iv) They would also file an affidavit that they shall not transfer the possession of the tenanted premises to someone else.
