**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the execution application has been dismissed in default, for not filing the list of properties. The present revision petition is directed against the order, whereby the objection qua execution application has been dismissed. Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. However, liberty is granted to revive the petition, in case, execution application is restored.
