The petitioner seeks for prayer that the lower Appellate Court should be directed to dispose of the appeal within a time frame. According to him, this matter is relating to an election, office tenure of which is one year and there is an urgency for disposal. He complains that twenty adjournments have been given without justifiable reasons. The petitioner's request may be duly considered and the Court may endeavour to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. 2.
