It is apparent that the respondents/plaintiffs filed a suit for declaration assailing passing of the order dated 1.9.2003 by the defendant-PSEB transferring 5BHP motor electric connection for the agriculture land in the name of defendant no.1-Manjit Kaur while also seeking permanent injunction restraining defendants from interfering in the use of said electric connection by the plaintiffs for irrigation of their land. It is not in dispute that the plaintiffs have purchased portion of the joint land from the predecessor-in-interest of the defendants-Daljit Singh in whose name the said electric connection stood at some point of time. The said connection was subsequently transferred in the name RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.01.21 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CR 448/2015 of defendant no.1-Manjit Kaur being his widow. It is also not in dispute that prior to Daljit Singh the said electric connection stood in the name of Harjit Singh uncle of Daljit Singh. By the formal amendment only complete description of the order transferring the motor connection in favour of Manjit Kaur has been permitted to be introduced, which has caused no prejudice to the defendants. In fact, it would help the court in effectively deciding the lis between the parties. After making submission at length and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
