NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have since been arrested for non-payment of `60.00 lacs in terms of the settlement and have also been released thereafter.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available to him under the law for recovery of `60.00 lacs. May 24, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
