There is no justification to arrive before this Court to complain that the plaintiff's side has been closed. If the side is closed and the plaintiff has still further evidence to offer, it will be open for him to apply to the same Court, make out a case for additional evidence to be given and seek for reopening of the side which has been closed. The procedure as to how the Court will exercise its jurisdiction has been provided in the judgment of this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above directions.
