MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.(Oral) Challenge is to the impugned order dated 09.05.2017, vide which Ms. Ritu Dhull, Advocate, was appointed as Local Commissioner to visit on the spot in dispute and prepare a report regarding the existing state of affairs about the distance between Hanuman Mandir and M/s Rock Bar & Restaurants, SCO No.11, Sector 14, Hisar, with the help of scaled site plan and photographs. Learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly stated that in compliance of the impugned order, the Local Commissioner has already submitted her report dated 16.5.2017 and the certified copy of the same has been produced in this Court and the same is taken on record as mark 'X'. In view of this, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file their objections, if any, before the learned trial Court against the report submitted by the Local Commissioner.
