*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to assign duties of class IV employees to the Lascars, who are admittedly class III employees in the Ministerial Cadre, to avoid resentment, harassment, misuse of service, besides loss of reputation and dignity in the Civil Society.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press his grievance in this writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.
The prayer is accepted.
