ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed against order dated 18.11.2016 (Annexure P-3), which reads as under:- "Fresh execution received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered. Now notice to JD's be issued for 05.01.2017."

It is stated at bar that an arbitration award was passed, execution whereof has been filed. The Court has only issued notice in the execution petition.

In these circumstances, no ground to interfere, the revision petition is ordered to be dismissed.
