*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) The petitioner-tenant by way of instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution has prayed for setting aside order dated 21.5.2015 (P.3) whereby the Appellate Authority, on the application filed by the respondent-landlord seeking mesne profits, has fixed the rate of rent at Rs.30,000/- per month to be paid by him to the respondent.

It is evident from the file, for the last four dates, none has been causing appearance for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition any further. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
