Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of rejection of request for grant of permission for change of land use vide memo dated 06.06.2018, no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition, however seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law against the rejection. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
