(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 02.07.2021 passed in CWP No.11539 of 2021, vide which while issuing notice of motion, it was directed that in the meantime, auction proceedings pertaining to Plot No.6-AG measuring 500 sq. yds. in Sector 2, Faridabad, may go on but the same be not finalized without leave of this Court.

The aforementioned order was passed in presence of counsel appearing for HSVP.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has not violated any order as no finalization of the auction proceedings has taken place and the same will not be done without leave of the Court. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
