The petitioner has filed his affidavit dated 29.03.2019 in Court today, which is ordered to be taken on record. As per the aforesaid affidavit, the matter between the parties has been amicably resolved and therefore, the petitioner not only seeks to withdraw the present petition but also the suit filed by him before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the caveators-respondents has no objection to the same.
