RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has preferred the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.84, dated 29.10.2021, registered under Sections 406, 498-A and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Women Cell Patiala, District Patiala. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order dated 28.01.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the prayer made by petitioner. He has submitted that though the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre but the mediation remained unsuccessful. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Baljinder Singh endorsed the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
