(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the petitioners has placed on record the order dated 18.03.2025, copy whereof is taken on record, passed by learned Trial Court, on the basis whereof, an application under Section 151 CPC, thereby seeking dismissal of the suit filed at the instance of the defendants, was dismissed as withdrawn. This fact is also not disputed by learned State Counsel.

In the given circumstances, counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order dated 18.03.2025, passed by the court below, the present revision petition be also disposed of, as having become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
