ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous in view of the compromise between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a photocopy of the resolution dated 25.03.2012 passed by the petitioner-Trust wherein the terms of the compromise have been recorded. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
