(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner in a case arising from FIR No. 106 dated 21.11.2018, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station City-I Sangrur, District Sangrur According to the prosecution, on 21.11.2018, petitioner was apprehended with conscious possession of 11 grams of heroine. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2018.

In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of `2.00 lakh each to the SONIKA 2019.01.25 17:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
