RA-CR-101-CII of 2018 By preferring this application, petitioner has prayed for reviewing order dated 28.3.2018 passed by this Court in terms of judgment of Hon'ble Apex court in Puran Chand Vs. Bhaguram and another 2008

(2) RCR (Civil) 499 whereby the plaintiff was allowed to amend the description of the suit property not only in the plaint but also in the agreement.

But in the present case, correction was sought only after the decree had been passed on the premise that even khasra numbers were not correctly mentioned in the agreement to sell. All these facts have already

RA-CR-101-CII of 2018 (O&M) in #2# C.R.No.4172 of 2017 been noticed by this Court while dismissing the revision petition. I do not find any ground to entertain this application. Dismissed.
