ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Copy of status report filed by the State is taken on record. As per the status report, the police was conducting raid at the petitioner's residence to arrest the son of the petitioner (Narinder Singh) against whom the case was registered. Learned state counsel submits that son of the petitioner has since already joined the investigation on 28.05.2020 and is now not required by the police to be arrested in the FIR in question, the petitioner apprehension too does not survive. The present petition has become infructuous.
