The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0051 dated 15.10.2023 under Sections 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at PS GRP Pathankot, District Govt. Rly Police, Pathankot (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, Mr. Lovepreet Singh Sidhu, Advocate has put in appearance and files his Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 4.
