**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioners is that they were inducted as tenants on 27.09.2011 in the shops owned by respondent Nos.1 and 2 and they are regularly paying the rent to the contractor. Now, the private respondents has started threatening them to vacate the premises and also tried to take the forcible possession. An application under Section 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC for ad-interim injunction restraining the defendants, filed by petitioners in a civil suit, is pending before the Civil Court since 15.03.2017.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Court to conclude the above-said application, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
