Counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that representation/complaint dated 7.6.2021 (Annexure P-1) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 at this stage. Mr. Anmol Sandhu, AAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 5.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action on the GAURAV SOROT 2022.03.22 15:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
