This is a petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 98 dated 26.08.2024 under Sections 108/3(5) of BNS Act registered at Police Station GRP Faridabad, Haryana (Annexure P-1).

This Court, vide order dated 23.01.2025, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation; but he be not arrested till the next date of hearing. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 23.01.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the HAMANT 2025.07.23 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
