NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 for conducting fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 319 dated 03.06.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 313, 498-A, 377, 342, 376, 354 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC, by constituting Special Investigation Team.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as after completion of investigation, the police has filed cancellation report. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
