Mr. Manish Dadwal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana HARKESH MANUJA, J.(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Sections 10 & 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent on account of alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 22.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP29399-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the aforementioned order dated 22.05.2024 has been complied with by the respondents by passing a speaking order dated 11.02.2025. Copy of the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition, however, with liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
