Learned State counsel submits that two of the petitioners namely Lakhbir Singh & Subhash Chander (petitioners no. 1 & 2 herein) has already been granted extension. Petitioner no. 3 namely Vijay Raj has, however, been given in writing that he does not intend to avail extension.
