RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Ravinder Singh, in case FIR No. 1 dated 01.01.2019, under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Chhajali, District Sangrur. On instructions from, ASI Jaivieer Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
