Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.167 dated 22.11.2021, registered under Section 379 and Section 411 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Verka Amritsar. Vide order dated 28.01.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jewan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.07.19 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
