(ORAL) Defendant is in revision challenging the order dated 11.05.2022 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nabha whereby application filed by the petitioner/defendant seeking leave to defend in summary suit filed under Order XXXVII CPC has been allowed subject to condition that he shall furnish surety bonds of Rs.3,00,000/-.

Counsel for the respondent/plantiff submits that he will have no objection in case the suit is treated as normal suit but is made time bound. 3.
Finding it to be a fair request, Trial Court is directed to decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 18 months. Both the parties shall be granted three effective opportunities to lead their evidence. 4.
With the aforesaid modification, the present revision petition is disposed off.
