CR-4257-2017 The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 14.03.2017 (Annexure P-1), whereby the issue regarding limitation in a civil suit was deleted being unnecessary. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in case issue No.8 already framed and erroneously deleted vide impugned order, is restored back.
