Mr. Gitish Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. M.L. Saggar, Senior Advocate with Ms. Armaan Saggar, Advocate for the respondent. B.S.WALIA, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the revision petition be disposed of by directing the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana to decide appeal i.e CMA No.36 dated 19.5.2018 and till the aforesaid appeal is decreed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana and for a period of two weeks thereafter, status quo would be maintained by the parties qua possession and title over the suit property. In view of the aforesaid agreed stand of learned counsel for the parties, the revision petition is disposed of by directing the learned Addl. District Judge, Ludhiana before whom the said appeal is pending to consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and till the decision of the appeal and for a period of two weeks thereafter the parties shall maintain status quo qua possession and title of the suit property as it exists today.
