Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 212 dated 03.11.2020 registered under Section 452 IPC, at Police Station Sector-31, District Chandigarh.

Vide order dated 09.08.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. %

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.08.2021 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
