In compliance of order dated 22.01.2024, the affidavit of Karamjit Singh ASI No. 1197/SGR posted at Police Station Dhuri Investigating Officer of FIR No. 84 dated 18.06.2023 under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Sadar Dhuri has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested on 08.02.2024 and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In light of the above, the present petition stand dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
