Mr. Amit Dhawan, Advocate for the petitioner. AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) This revision has been filed against the order dated 22.9.2017 passed by the Rent Controller, Jalandhar and the order dated 27.4.2018 passed by the Appellate Authority allowing an eviction of the petitioner from the demised property.

Today on instructions from his client the counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner will not press this petition on merits and will vacate the premises voluntarily on or before 30.06.2019 without forcing the respondent-landlord to file/press an execution petition and will continue to pay the rent in advance by the 7th of every month at agreed rate of Rs.3000/- odd per month and also pay the other admissible charges regularly.

Mr. Vikram Anand, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent and accepts notice.

Counsel for the respondent on instructions from his client has

C.R. No.4219 of 2018 #2# also accepted this offer on the condition that the petitioner deposits the entire arrears as well as future rent upto 30.06.2019 before the Executing Court/Rent Controller on or before 31.12.2018, failing which, this revision be deemed to be dismissed.

Counsel for the petitioner has accepted this condition. In the circumstances, the revision petition is disposed of in the above terms, and subject to the deposit of all arrears and future rent on or before 31.12.2018 and would file undertaking on next date of hearing.
