Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 15.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) submitted to the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) (respondent No. 3) for taking action against the husband of the petitioner and others. 2.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Suman Lata, has submitted that pursuance to the aforesaid representation, an FIR No. 0034, has already been registered on 29.03.2024. A copy of the FIR has been supplied in Court today by learned State counsel. The same is taken on record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 4.
