The petitioner argues with all vehemence and passion and says that the Court cannot express its helplessness in issuing direction for expeditious disposal of the case that is pending for long time. It is not merely a despondency of the Judge to express but it is a reality that exists throughout India. We have not come by any strategy to dispose of the cases fast. If it is a problem for the petitioner to confront, he will make all the sincere pleas before the Court before which the case is pending for expeditious disposal of the case. I am loathe to make any intervention. I own what I say that this Court is not capable of giving any direction to the Court below for disposing of the case expeditiously. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
