Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the charge-sheet has already been issued by the trial Court and the order for framing of the charges has been challenged, as such the present petition has become infructuous, wherein the order of summoning of the petitioner was impugned. She seeks to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having been rendered infructuous.
